Due to the nature of perfumes, attars, and aromatic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. After verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for any return consideration. ASMAHAN Perfumes reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
